Warranty & Return Information


Warranties
Hphardware.com backs all products with a 90-day limited replacement warranty.

This 90-day limited replacement warranty does not cover:
    • Product with tampered or missing serial numbers
    • Opened software
    • Product for which Hphardware.com has not received payment
    • Circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, abuse, or electrical power problems
In addition, a manufacturer's warranty, which could be longer, may be available.
 
Return Policy
All of the products we offer are sold as refurbished and comply with exact manufacturer specifications. No returns will be accepted without a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number obtained from Hphardware.com. You may request a RMA number by calling 469.916.5905 or use our web site: go to the "order tracking page" click on "return an item" button and then follow the instructions.

Defective Part Return:
    • Contact Hphardware.com to obtain a return authorization within 90 days from the invoice date.
    • A replacement will be sent in exchange at no charge.
    • Return the original part to us within 10 days from the return authorization.
    • The returned part must have our serial number and not be abused.
Non-Defective Part Return:
    • Contact Hphardware.com to obtain a return authorization within 14 days from the invoice date.
    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% may apply.
    • Return the original part to us within 10 days from the return authorization.
    • The returned part must have our serial number and be in good working condition.
    • No refunds will be issued for any items after 30 days from the invoice date.
Basically, if we send you a defective or wrong part, we will correct the problem at no charge to you. If you wish to return a part for any reason other than it being defective, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. After 14 days from the invoice date you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed. After 30 days from the invoice date, we will not take any parts.
 
Core Returns
On certain parts we offer a discount for core returns. Core return simply means that you agree to return your old defective part to us. We automatically deduct the discount from the purchase price. You will be given an RMA number and an address to which the core must be sent. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the core. If the core is not received within 21 days of the original delivery date the customer will be charged the amount that was discounted from the original invoice for the core return.
